The project „Feedback“ is a collection of 41 photographs of urban environments, which in varying combinations where shown in an exhibition as well as in form of a book. Partially altered through digital post-processing, partially untouched the outcome is a highly subjective and filtrated cityscape. A cityscape describing a process of an ongoing search for images that reflect on how perception may change when most images we look at are nowadays viewed on screens. Approaching materials in substance nearby construction sites and layers of digital sleekness rather as a matter of course and harmonious entity than as contrasting elements. A constant back and forth between navigating through the streets versus navigating image-folders on hard drives and displays in retrospect.
